This statement applies to the website annexedit.com, operated by ma-kom agentur UG (haftungsbeschränkt). We are committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, in accordance with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the EU Accessibility Directive.

This website is partially compliant with the WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements. We are continuously working to improve accessibility.

Semantic HTML structure with correct heading hierarchies
Keyboard operability for all interactive elements
Sufficient color contrast (text to background at least 4.5:1)
Descriptive alt text for images and icons
ARIA labels for complex UI components
Responsive design supporting zoom up to 200 %
Clear focus indicators for keyboard navigation

4. Known Barriers

The following limitations are known to us and are being addressed progressively:

Some dynamic content (Alpine.js components) is not fully functional with JavaScript disabled — a no-JS fallback is planned
The theme preview gallery on the themes page uses horizontal scrolling, which is suboptimal for screen readers
