1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all orders and purchases via the website annexedit.com as well as to the use of the AnnexEdit software. The provider is ma-kom agentur UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Merkelbach 12, 74541 Vellberg, Germany.

2. Contract Formation

The purchase contract is concluded when you complete the order process and we send you the license key and invoice by email. The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a binding offer.

3. License Agreement

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual license for AnnexEdit version 1.x (Basic, Pro, or Team, depending on the selected edition). The license is personal and non-transferable, unless it is a team license.

Basic/Pro: Installation on up to 3 own devices
Team: Installation according to the number of purchased seats
All updates within version 1.x are included free of charge
Distribution or reproduction of the software is prohibited

4. Prices and Payment

All prices shown are final prices including statutory VAT. Payment is made via Stripe (credit card, SEPA, Apple Pay) or PayPal. The invoice amount is due immediately.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at support@annexedit.com.

Note: As this concerns digital content (software license), if the license is activated before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal may be excluded with your consent. Without your express consent, delivery will only take place after the withdrawal period has expired.

6. Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. Liability for slight negligence is limited to contractually typical, foreseeable damages, except in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations, life, body, or health, and liability under the Product Liability Act.

7. Support

Support requests can be sent by email to support@annexedit.com. We endeavor to respond to inquiries within 2 business days. A claim to support exists only for active licenses.

9. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, provided you are a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code (HGB). Should individual provisions of these Terms of Service be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain effective.
